- I found an image I love. Can I purchase it in a different format from what you have listed?
- Yes, of course! We can print images larger, smaller, on different media (such as acrylic prints), add frames to metal and canvas prints, change the frame or matte, etc. Special orders do not incur any special fees, and typically can be shipped within 3-7 business days or finalizing your order.
- The media and/or size I love is sold out! What can I do?
- I'll special order your print at no additional charge, and it can be shipped directly from the printer typically within 3-7 business days (depending on the format). Contact me at https://mccluskynaturephotography.com/pages/contact or info@McCluskyNaturePhotography.com and we'll get it into production asap for you!
- What is the return policy?
- Images purchased from McClusky Nature Photography come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for return instructions. Special order items (i.e. those that required custom printing upon receiving your order) can be returned; those special order items with a cost over $250 will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- When will my images be shipped?
- All images in stock are shipped the next business day. Sold out images can be ordered and shipped to you (or your recipient) from the printing facility within 5-7 business days.
- What are the shipping options?
- Images can generally be shipped by next day air, and 2-day, 3-day, and ground delivery.
- My order is a gift. Can it be shipped directly to the recipient?
- Yes, this can be a great option for large prints. Be sure to indicate a separate shipping address during your order process.
- Is my order shipped with insurance?
- Yes, all shipments are insured for the purchase price plus shipping at no extra change.
- How do I care for my prints?
- While the images should not fade, it is best to keep all images out of direct sunlight. Metal prints can be be cleaned with water, rubbing alcohol, or a non-ammonia glass cleaner and a soft cloth. No abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals should be used.
- What do I do if I never received my order?
- Unfortunately McClusky Nature Photography has no control over your package once it is shipped. Please contact the shipper to follow up on the package's location.
- What do I do if I received a defective order?
- I carefully inspect each image before shipping, so any damage will occur during shipping. If your image arrives damaged please contact us for help working with the shipper. Please be sure to keep any packaging, and photos of the package upon arrival can be helpful.
- If your image is being shipped directly from the printer, please contact us and we will help you work with the printer.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
- Changes to your order can be made up to the point of shipping. Reach out to us to discuss your needs.

- McClusky Nature Photography is located in Monument, Colorado, north of Colorado Springs.
- Are the images printed in the USA?
- Yes, all artwork is printed in the USA.
